I empower leaders to find their voice so they can communicate with intentional impact. I have a warm, energetic, straight-talking style of coaching with a focus on connection and meaningful change It is very easy to talk about change and innovation, but often we need a nudge or even push in the right direction to get started. I empower people put their change into motion. I've been doing this for the last 17 years, one courageous conversation at a time. I am best known for “humanising the workplace” by leveraging my paternal Dutch directness and my maternal Mediterranean passion and enthusiasm. Sessions with me will be honest, practical and action orientated (and alot of fun!). I work with medical professionals, educationalists and corporate leaders in organisations small and large and believe that despite the diversity of my audience what everyone has in common is a desire to be a good human. Understanding the impact of the way in which we communicate with others is foundational to my authentic style of coaching/mentoring which has consistently led to higher performing individuals and teams, better work-life balance and greater inclusion . I have a passion for neuroscience through my work with the brain injured community and I advocate for mental health.
