Construction is embarking on its Industrial Revolution, and prefab is the hub. Along with my Haley & Aldrich colleagues, I’m at the forefront of using Lean manufacturing principles to shift the mindset of owners, designers, and builders from traditional to industrialized construction. I work with individuals to achieve breakthroughs at the personal level—whether in the fab shop, on the job site, or in the board room—creating the enthusiasm, commitment, and credibility that lead to transformative business results.
