My role in the Enterprise Team at Indeed Flex is to engage with new customers to understand their needs and help mitigate their current issues, grow our portfolio of local and national care providers and sustain a happy and valued workforce which represents our strong set of ethical values and principles. With over 14 years experience in the Health & Social Care recruitment industry I have a very strong understanding of the problems experienced by care providers recruiting high quality staff in a perpetually changing industry, impacted by political influences, diminishing budgets and a welcome improvement of Care Quality standards.
