CEO of Mojo Vision. Previously, CEO of EyeWay Vision Inc. (EVI), developing immersive AR glasses. At Google, prior to that, led the Display Group which developed display systems for all Google hardware products, including AR/VR. Prior to Google, focused on technology innovation and creation of global new businesses as CEO of Ricoh Innovations Corporation (RIC) from 2011-2016. Developed big new vision for Ricoh called The Infinite Network and a new approach to successful innovation called Deep Innovation. Created portfolio of projects and new businesses in Consumer, Office/Enterprise, Retail, and Healthcare Recognized as a Fellow of Society of Information Display in 2012 and awarded the Otto Schade Prize in 2016 for outstanding contributions to the advancement of image quality of information displays. Program Chair for Display Week 2019, leading a global committee of 100+ experts from all areas related to displays. Served on the faculty of three major universities - visiting professor of vision science at UC Berkeley, guest professor of design & innovation at IIT Gandhinagar, adjunct professor of electrical engineering at Carnegie Mellon University - and on the advisory boards for the School of Engineering at Santa Clara University and Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at CMU. Prior to Ricoh built large consumer IC businesses from concept to success twice in the last decade: - From 2003-2010, at National Semiconductor and Marvell Semiconductor - From 1999-2002, at Faroudja/Sage/Genesis In both cases, built a global team and delivered a suite of products that won numerous awards and were used by most of the leading CE companies in the world.
