I am a strategic leader with over 17 years of HR technology experience, supporting global organizations to optimize their employee lifecycle, whilst driving business change. I have a proven track record of effectively leading teams and delivering change globally, with hands-on experience of working in over 20 countries. I enjoy challenging the art of the possible, bringing clarity to ambiguity, and bringing diverse stakeholders on the journey of change. My experience has been grounded on bridging the gap between business vision, platform capabilities and business readiness. I have contributed to many industry conferences, including Workday Rising and Unleash. Former member of Workday FSI Exec Advisory Council. Experience includes; HR tech strategy design/delivery, HR operating model and process design, business case development, HCM platform design, vendor evaluation and management, M&A integrations, business process outsourcing, release management, etc. Platform experience includes; Workday, Oracle, SAP, Cornerstone/Saba, WorkVivo, etc. Outside of work I enjoy rugby, politics/current affairs and hiking in the countryside with my dog, Alfie.
