As a leadership coach, there’s nothing better than hearing how clients I’ve worked with have evolved and grown in their careers. Helping people to achieve their full potential is my passion, and I’ve been fortunate enough to develop leaders at every level throughout my career. Over the years, I have: - Acted as Chief People Officer for 2,000 people at Idea Integration - Lead and sold an IT solutions company, with people development at the heart of its success - Become an ICF-certified coach and served on the faculty of the Georgetown Leadership Coaching program - Coached hundreds of leaders After years of providing executive coaching to senior leaders across the US, I wanted to bring coaching to more people earlier in their careers. With my background in tech, I had a unique insight into the ways technology could help L&D teams and coaches like me to provide more leaders with development opportunities. So together with my co-founders, Lisa and Kris, I founded Optify in 2018. Optify provides scalable, all-in-one coaching software, and our network of high-quality coaches has transformed the way coaching is delivered in organizations across the US. With our platform and coaching solutions, in-house L&D teams and coaching companies can expand their coaching capacity and empower more leaders to reach their unique potential.
