Paul has spent his career either building or running world-class Customer Success, Services, Support, and Renewal Organizations for SaaS and On-Premise software companies Paul has recently joined HashiCorp as their Global Head of Customer Success where he is responsible for Customer Success Management, Customer Success Architects and Customer Enablement Paul was previously with New Relic where he was SVP of CS & Services, responsible for Customer Success, Expert Services, Global Support, and Renewals. Paul was Chief Customer Officer at Spigit where he was part of the Executive Team that saw record growth, the successful sale of the Mindjet business, the acquisition of Kindling, and ultimately the successful acquisition of Spigit by Planview. Prior to Spigit, Paul was with LivePerson as SVP and Global Head of Customer Success where he was responsible for Customer Success, Professional Services, Customer Insights & Analytics, Customer Support, Education and Partner Enablement Paul spent 2 years at SuccessFactors, where he was Head of Customer Success for SAP’s Cloud Division (SAP acquired SuccessFactors for $3.4B). Paul’s career has also included 13 years at Oracle where he was Vice President, Global Applications Support and had responsibility for a Global Customer Support team of over 2,500 employees. Paul is a seasoned executive who believes that Customer Success, Customer Satisfaction and Service Excellence delivered at the most attractive cost structure, is the cornerstone of any successful business Paul has also led Service Organizations at GetThere and Versys Corporations
