With over 25 years of nursing clinical, administrative/operational and leadership experience, I am committed to building high performing teams to execute against organizational goals and initiatives. I have varied clinical experience to include Emergency Department, Adult, Pediatric and Neonatal critical care, as well as Adult and Pediatric Oncology, Home Health and Hospice. I have served in many healthcare roles to include staff nurse, nurse manager/director, House supervisor and staffing office director for varied for profit and not for profit healthcare systems. As well as leadership roles including Ethics and Compliance Officer, Regional Vice President of Operations, VP Business Implementations, VP Corporate Operations and VP Clinical Operations. My areas of expertise include executive and nursing leadership, mentoring/coaching, clinical process improvement, operational efficiencies and labor/productivity management as it pertains to workforce management.
