Author of 'Hyperthinking', Phil Weiss is an entrepreneur, TEDx speaker and strategic thinker who has been working with leading corporations for the past three decades. He speaks for audiences around the world on range of topic related to digital communication, disruption, innovation and technology. He is the founder and CEO of ZN ( the leading digital agency in Brussels working with companies, political organisations like the European Commission and Parliament and organisations on how to use the Internet to transform business and communication. He worked with such household names as Pfizer, J&J, Coca Cola, Toyota, Microsoft, Sony, Sanofi Pasteur, UCB and many associations. ZN was the agency running the 2014 election campaign for Jean Claude Juncker, helping him win to become the president of the European Union. Later ZN launched the campaign #DiscoverEU, aiming to offer a free interail ticket to all Europeans on their 18th birthday. The campaign helped secure a vote in parliament which has now made #DiscoverEU a permanent feature of Europe. From 2020, starting during the COVID pandemic, ZN was running a campaign for ETC, the European Travel Commission to help revive tourism in Europe which was a great success and led to a further three-year contract with ETC. He wrote a book on ''Hyperthinking'', which was developed to enable the ZN team and clients to manage rapid change and innovation to adapt their strategies and structures to the age of networks. Whilst studying Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford University, Philip Weiss launched two college magazines, started the first student radio station on a full FM licence in the UK, and received the Young Achievers Award from HM the Queen. In 2009, Philip helped co-found TEDxBrussels one of the first and largest TEDx events in the world. He was chairman of IABC Europe (International Association of Business Communicators: in 2012 and organised Eurocomm, the regional conference of the organisation in Brussels. In 2013 he spoke at TEDxGateway in Mumbai ( and at TEDxULB in Brussels in 2014 ( He created several online courses on Hyperthinking (one of which has over 100 000 students on udemy) and 80% of positive reviews and another one on Domestika on creating your online personal brand.
