For the last 20+ years, I have been privileged to work with amazing people at amazing places. I was lucky to be part of teams that successfully developed and launched transformative medicines that are helping millions of patients live better lives. I find coaching scientists to help them make the best of their own leadership skills very rewarding. I also enjoy leading diverse and inclusive teams toward a shared goal whether it is a successful regulatory filing, developing a long term strategy or improving the team dynamics. I am a strong proponent of pre-competitive collaboration to advance innovation in the pharmaceutical industry and influence regulatory policies. Developing and manufacturing therapies for patients who greatly need them is truly an inspiring job!
