Excellent leadership, communication, team collaboration and problem solving skills. • Molecular Biology: Plasmid vector design, PCR, cloning, site-directed or random mutagenesis and plasmid vector construction, mRNA analysis, qPCR for gene copy number analysis, RT-PCR. • Cell culture: Mammalian (CHO-S & CHO DG44) cell culture stable cell line generation, single cell cloning, transient expression in HEK293 and CHO-S cells in various scales, process scale up in 1 Liter glass and 10 Liter disposable bioreactors, experience in cGMP and BSL2 environment. • Protein expression: Hands on and in-depth understanding of different protein expression platforms. • Protein purification: Monoclonal antibody and recombinant protein purification by ion exchange, size exclusion, affinity and hydrophobic interaction chromatography. • Protein structure: Structure determination and homology modelling. • Assay: SDS-PAGE, Western-blot, ELISA; Octet QK assay, Glycan analysis, cell based assay, Dynamic Light Scattering. • Knowledge with statistical design of experiments (DOE).
