As the Director of Product Management for a Retail Media Network, I am responsible for creating and driving the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for a host of Retail Media Network products, including Data Platforms, Identity Graphs, Clean Rooms, Programmatic Media tools, and Self-serve tools. As a part of my role, I lead the strategic initiatives for the Albertson Media Collective, an organization focused on providing end-to-end services and solutions for CPGs and Non-Endemic Companies, driving new revenue streams for an evolving Retailer. I strive for high standards in marketing transparency, Ad Tech innovation, data accuracy, privacy protection, and most importantly, customer success. I lead a team of product managers and work closely with engineering teams to co-design and co-build solutions with industry leaders like Google, Pinterest, The Trade Desk, LiveRamp, and CTV partners. I work with internal teams like Compliance, Site/App, UX, Finance, and Engineering to build breakthrough solutions and lead Design Think sessions to ensure the voice of the customer is the common thread throughout all products. I manage product prioritization to achieve financial goals and define metrics to monitor product effectiveness. I am strategic and have a bias for action, thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and easily partner with a wide group of stakeholders, from senior leaders to individual contributors. I know how to roll up my sleeves and drive intake of the initiatives for the portfolio, support and drive the full launch plan as appropriate.
