Bio

In 2021 I founded SIC CIC, creating a non-profit business model to support the education and training of disabled people across the UK- while also building a Business Centre full of resources for organisations that recognise the value of being accessible and inclusive for their employees, clients and customers. As a researcher, I am looking into the role of inclusive work culture vs siloed inclusion strategy for organisational growth. I am passionate about disability, mental health awareness and patient advocacy in all aspects of life... I have an invisible disability which has taught me all about self-motivation, resilience and working smarter, not harder.
