In challenging global marketing executive roles with leading companies, I have donned multiple hats to achieve ambitious business outcomes. I have been a marketer, technologist, futurist, business strategist, and thought leader, often all these at once. ▹ I drove the full complement of tools, technologies, processes, and talent to help brands build awareness, credibility, and industry-wide recognition as the best. Demand by way of both new logos and increased share-of-wallet was a natural outcome. ▹ By combining a digital-first approach with a lab and growth mindset, I infused a culture of experimentation into ways of working, always ready to embrace and scale adoption of the bleeding edge. ▹ I collaborated with global leaders to shape and steer business strategies informed by my deep understanding of cultural nuances, business practices, opportunities, and market characteristics of different regions. ▹ I advanced organizations’ thought leadership with incisive content that has made a meaningful impact on C-suite leaders as well as global policymakers. Some of my most notable work includes: ➢ Revitalising the DOCOMO Digital brand and positioning it as the world’s foremost fintech and payments leader for the telecommunications vertical and the over-the-top (OTT) merchant ecosystem. ➢ Formulating and executing the full 360 marketing strategy that expanded Mercer’s brand across markets in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. ➢ Led digital transformation with the integration of new technologies such as the Salesforce-Adobe-Marketo stack to bolster sales and marketing capabilities across the Asia Pacific region at Mercer, and at a global scale at DOCOMO Digital subsequently. In all that I do, I am fuelled by a passion to learn and make a meaningful impact each day. And I am committed to fostering the next generation of leaders and dreamers as that is the best way of paying it forward for the privilege I have had, having been mentored by so many talented leaders who have shaped my journey thus far.
