Rajan Datar is an award-winning and versatile international broadcaster, journalist and conference moderator. He is perhaps best known for presenting some 30 travelogues for BBC TV as well as the weekly Travel Show programme but he also presents the BBC World Service’s The Forum ( similar to R4’s In Our Time) as well as numerous R4 documentaries and stints as host of The Media Show and The Front Row on R4. For seven years previously he was a reporter on current affairs strands Newsnight and The Money Programme on BBC2.
