Why Syndio? After much soul searching and conversations with Leaders, mentors and friends, I concluded that shaping and having an impact on a disruptive and growing industry was my #1 objective. I’ve learnt that industry leaders with true product market fit and strong moats have tremendous fuel to last many years, often decades. I'm passionate about making fairness in the workplace a reality for everybody. As the MD, EMEA for Syndio I can make that happen for many more people in more companies. I'm lucky enough to be a recognised leader in both HR Tech / Services and Human Capital - across diversity, inclusion, equity, employee engagement and talent - delivering workforce and performance transformation. Using best-of-breed solutions that demonstrably drive client's key business outcomes, by combining consulting, analytics and technology to drive human performance and provide metrics to global corporations.
