Only by profound insights are we able to create a better future – for our selves, our companies, the people and the planet around us. I have gained a lot of experience during my corporate career, especially in strategic leadership and change management. Bringing out the best version of companies and their management teams is what really makes me tick. Another thing my corporate career gave me is extensive international experience – I have travelled to over 72 countries and worked with many different cultures. While travel is great, it sometimes can be perilous – like being in the midst of the Fukushima seismic 10 earthquake… But even form bad situations good things arise: for me it was the turning point in my life and start my own business to serve more companies and management teams then I would be able to had I stayed in a corporate setting. Personally, I strive for a world where safe food is a given for everybody. I do this by helping food manufacturing companies perform way better than they ever deemed possible in terms of people, profit and planet.
