I am a passionate senior project leader combining unique technical (Ph.D. polymer Chemistry) and commercial focus (application development) in complex R&D and Technology projects. I am benefiting from many years of specific experience in the international and entrepreneurial environment, always focusing at roll-to-roll or fiber processing, mixing, coating, melt and wet spinning, bonding, sizing and addition of new added value features for variety of end applications in b2b setting. Over last years, I have been strongly involved in several commercial activities as extension of technical sales team with strong focus at implementation of products at customers in variety of diverse segments. I have been building on my core strengths: drive to complete project, creativity, simplifying complexity, bringing focus to goals, ability to quickly learn, emphasizing importance of people and team spirit and ability to bring consensus in tough moments.
