Executive Project Director who delivers complex digital transformation projects. Often handles the most challenging complex projects and programs across the Finance, ICT, Telecommunications, Human Resources, and Defence sectors. A tenacious operator with a proven background in effective stakeholder/change management and the successful delivery of strategic and business-critical programs up to $105m with 500+ resources. Nominated for multiple awards and recognised as having a highly collaborative and engaging leadership style, building high-performing teams, and being able to deliver. I have a solid understanding of the complexity involved in creating linkages across organisations and across teams. With a focus on innovation, I am dedicated to creating the world’s best performance environments. I am passionate about teamwork, creating alignment, effective governance, and building new teams through mentorship and collaboration. I have the versatility to quickly grasp new concepts and meet the requirements necessary to support complex organisational objectives. I adapt well to new situations and processes, and am articulate and driven to succeed from both individual and team perspectives. I’m an optimist and believe that high-performing teams can solve almost any problem so I focus on culture, mindset, and transformational ways of working. I take pride in mentoring and developing future leaders whilst growing, leading, and empowering teams of talented people. I am a Royal Australian Air Force Personnel Capability Officer (Reserves). Key qualifications include MAppSc(CSU), BAppSc (UTS), and Advanced Project Management by Stanford University (SCPM). My PMP/Prince2 certification validates my competence to project manage. Also, hold external ICAgile Certifications as an Agile Thought Leader / Coach / Facilitator and Practitioner demonstrating my expertise across agile frameworks. I am a regular international keynote presenter, having presented at conferences in Europe, the USA, Australia, and New Zealand on digital strategy, digital transformation, project management, thriving teams, agility, and innovation. A Founding member of the Hacking HR Experts Council, which focuses on all things at the intersection of the future of work, technology, organisation, innovation, people, transformation. In my spare time, I am a keen leader of high-performance teams in elite sports (Volleyball). The causes I feel most passionate about include mental health support and skill-building for Veterans & athletes.
