All along my HR journey, I’ve built my solid business awareness, from manufacturing and logistics to services and retail, within B2C and B2B, matrix & international multi-locations organizations, listed and non-listed companies. I’ve led two business positions as well allowing me to develop my leadership skills & customer mindset. To support the business, I’ve implemented dedicated HR strategy to leverage a collective people engagement as part of business transformation. This was due mainly to five transformation challenges (four acquisitions/integrations; one turn around), from entrepreneurial or decentralized culture to a corporate one, performance culture and digital step changes. Accordingly, the action plans were especially based on talent development, management upgrade, compensation & benefits, project management, HR processess, organisational design and relevant country industrial/labor relations. All of the above, with HR scopes covering production, sales & support function teams, up to 70 team members (solid and dotted), 15 000 headcounts, 40 legal entities,. In addition, my career path does illustrate genuine adaptation skills within multi-cultural environments such as Europe, USA, North-Africa, APAC, up to 30 countries. This variety has made me growing as a reliable HR business sparring partner, with HR initiatives supporting the Environnement, Social, Gouvernance (ESG) company strategy. Lastly, I would highlight that I’m perceived as a leader, people & results oriented supported by my « can do attitude ».
