We currently represent Synergy Flavours, Treatt and Quest Ingredients in South Africa . We believe that a multi-agency model gives us added flexibility to offer relevant products to our clients. In addition In Essence offers consulting services to the food industry focussing on product design and optimisation. I was awarded Honorary Life Membership of SAAFoST in 2017
