The world of travel, both leisure and business, is ever-changing. As business needs evolve, and as employee expectations change - especially after 2020 - so must our approach to corporate travel. In my role as EVP of Amadeus Cytric Solutions, I am working to support organizations that recognize creativity, empathy, and imagination are all vital to success and growth. In order to do this, I am engaging with and learning from leaders in travel, finance, procurement and HR in large corporations about their very own digital transformation journeys. Thanks to my experience in R&D, Product Management and Customer Success Operations, my passion has always been working on key customer requirements with talented cross-functional teams and partners, to take the friction out of travel and make travelers’ journeys more productive and enjoyable. Today our customers are looking to adapt to the new hybrid paradigm, tapping the potential of remote work and the opportunities of face-to-face collaboration. My team at Amadeus is committed to helping both companies, and employees, get the maximum value from business travel, whether that is travel, expense or spend management.
