Sandra is responsible for designing strategies for effective customer outreach; improving customer satisfaction and perception; promoting innovation in delivery of service and products; and supports the overall enterprise utility business plan. She leads Customer Service in establishing and maintaining relationships with present and future customers and the local communities that Entergy serves. Sandra is actively involved in steering processes that have enabled Entergy to meet customer expectations and to drive positive customer sentiment. She communicates persuasively with empathy and compassion while consistently exhibiting a professional work ethic. Sandra held the position of Assistant General Counsel with the Entergy Services, Inc., Legal Services Department from 2000 to 2019. She earned her Juris Doctor degree in 1998 from Loyola University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. She was a member of the Loyola Law Review, serving as the casenote/index editor, and the Loyola Moot Court. She began her practice with the law firm of Stone, Pigman, Walther, Wittmann, L.L.C., where she focused primarily on complex commercial, class action defense, and insurance defense litigation.
