Bio

During my career at Corning, I have been fortunate to work with many wonderful colleagues around the world and was involved in a number of initiatives related to technologies for optical fibre and wireless communications. My role at Corning involves Business Strategy, Marketing, and Technical Program Management related to long-haul / metro terrestrial, data centre interconnect (DCI), and subsea networks. I have participated in a number of major international conferences, such as OFC, NGON and SubOptic, to deliver technical and thought leadership presentations. Prior to Corning I was with UCL, Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, where I completed PhD on the topic of of high-capacity, DWDM, long-reach optical fibre networks. My research helped to shape the future of coherent optical network at 100 Gb/s and beyond. For my MBA dissertation I was investigating competition and cooperation amongst large Content/Cloud providers in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
