Shane has lead global sales, marketing, product, and strategy teams. These teams have ranged from small agile groups to complex organizations with over 12,000 people while averaging over 145% growth YoY in revenue. He prefers teams where he can mentor members, be hands-on, create a vibrant culture and move quickly to outpace the market. Shane was the Global Managing Director for Marketing-as-a-Service (MaaS) and NA Accenture Interactive Lead. Shane is a published author and an award-winning speaker. His research has been recognized by leading advisory groups (ex. Forrester and Gartner) and technology vendors (ex. Adobe, Microsoft, Salesforce). To this day, he is the only partner to have won the Most Innovative Solution of the Year award and presented at the Adobe Sneaks keynote.
