Bio

I am a Principal Scientist focusing on upstream process development. I have extensive cell culture experience along with a strong quantitative engineering background. I have unique experience working in a cross-discipline environment and along with amazing team members, I have lead multiple projects from concept to completion. I am also a team lead and enjoy developing junior researchers. I work with a motivated team to optimize cell culture processes and improve production of antibodies. I have been the cell culture lead and more recently, the process lead on multiple clinical stage programs. I combine my knowledge of biological systems with expertise in statistical tools like Regression, Design of Experiments and Multivariate Analysis (JMP) to design experiments that can help in process optimization. I am also involved in technology improvement initiatives geared towards innovative platform advancements. I am very happy to be living my dream of improving cancer patients' lives using my unique background.
