Sharon is the Chief Marketing Officer for Caesars Digital, the leader in sports betting, where she is building a team, brand, and large-scale transformation in a new industry. Sharon has transformed the Caesars Digital brand in the US, including creating and launching the new Caesars Sportsbook brand in record time (99 days). Previously, Sharon was the CMO at William Hill where she established the UK company’s brand in the US and built out their performance marketing, brand, field marketing, and media teams. William Hill was subsequently acquired by Caesars Entertainment in 2021. Before William Hill, Sharon was the Chief Marketing Officer at the Madison Square Garden Company where she led a company-wide transformation, including the consolidation and re-launch of all digital platforms, and brand narratives for all sports teams, entertainment properties, and venue brands, and created omni-channel marketing strategies which significantly increased revenue while reducing costs. Previously, Sharon was a CMO at NBC Universal’s News division where she executed transformative brand and marketing strategies for MSNBC, and NBC News shows, including The Today Show, Meet the Press, and Nightly News. Sharon relaunched both msnbc and Today brands building breakthrough advertising and experiential campaigns. Before NBC, Sharon was at ESPN, creating award-winning advertising campaigns. She also led marketing for ESPN’s digital initiatives, where she managed the redesign and relaunch of, one of the world’s top customer-focused websites. Additionally, she led the transformation agenda for customer acquisition, brand, and advertising for ESPN’s subscription content services: Mobile ESPN, Fantasy Football,, and ESPN Insider.) Sharon is passionate about creating emotionally resonant brand narratives and has been pioneering digital initiatives, including web, mobile, and marketing automation, since 1995.
