My current research theme is to study and use adipose (fat)-derived stem cells for treating chronic diseases and making nutritional food supplements. My life-long mission is to define and develop healthy fat. Hence my research slogan: ''Making fat valuable'' Specialties: Lipid metabolism and biochemistry, regenerative medicine, stem cell biology and therapy, nuclear hormone receptor physiology, diabetes and metabolic syndrome, adipocyte technology, anti-microbial therapeutics, cell-based meat and alternative fat
