KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE Experience in fundraising from institutional and statutory donors (EC, ECHO, FCDO, UN, National Lottery Community Fund, Comic Relief) Experience in leading programme development processes/project designs and developing funding packages (concept notes, full proposals, ToCs, logframes, budgets, risk matrixes) Experience in working in consortia (positioning, negotiations) Experience in commercial contracts SKILLS Excellent teamwork skills including supporting and liaising remotely with colleagues and partners, coordinating bid teams and line managing staff Excellent networking and relationship building skills with institutions, donors and CSOs Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent desk-based research skills Excellent organisational and time management skills
