Culture change happens when people inside organizations are best empowered to make it happen. I'm most passionate about empowering changemakers and supporting grassroots ideas and initiatives inside large, multinational companies. After eight years as an executive at Johnson & Johnson driving innovative culture change, I started Cultivate, and we work with organizations around the world to build communities of empowered Cultivators.
