Suhrid is a seasoned HR leader in the areas of People strategy, Transformation, Total Rewards, Performance Management and Organization Development in the Middle East. He currently Heads Organisation Development, Talent, Culture, Engagement, Performance and Organisation Design across the multi-country, multi-sector, UAE Based conglomerate - Al Ghurair Investments. Established in 1960, Al Ghurair is one of the largest diversified industrial enterprises in the Middle East. He previously led the Total Rewards and HR operations function at AGI. Prior to joining Al Ghurair, Suhrid was responsible for Total Rewards Solutions across Noor Investment Group companies such as Noor Bank, e-Wallet (Fin Tech), Zawaya Real Estate and Noor Takaful (Insurance) as their Head of Rewards and Performance. He carries extensive HR Leadership and HR Strategy consulting experience in the areas of Total Rewards, Organization design and Change Management. He has previously worked for Tata Strategic Management Group, one of the largest management consulting firms in South Asia, a part of the $100 Bn Tata Group Prior to the Tata Group, Suhrid worked with Indus Towers Limited, the world’s largest passive telecom infrastructure company, a joint venture of Vodafone and the Bharti Group. At Indus, Suhrid led the Rewards vertical. He also led key projects in the domains of Organization Design & Change Management Suhrid began his consulting career as a management consultant with the People and Change Practice of PwC (Pricewaterhouse Coopers). At PwC, Suhrid worked with leading organizations on engagements in Rewards, Organization Design & Structuring, Mergers & Acquisition, and Performance management. Suhrid started his career with ICICI Bank, one of India's largest bank. At ICICI, Suhrid was a Human Resources Management Trainee, where he was responsible for Employee Relations and Recruitment in North India. He moved on to take a pan Bank role in Performance management. He also worked on Bank-wide HR projects in manpower planning and productivity analysis. Suhrid is a Chartered FCIPD, a certified Human Resource Management Professional (HRMP℠/ SPHR-i) by HRCI and an SHRM-SCP. Suhrid is certified in the Hay Job Evaluation methodology, a certified MBTI® administrator and trained in psychometric instruments such as OPQ 32i, LPA™, and Profiles XT. He holds a Masters in Human Resource and OD from the prestigious Delhi School of Economics, where he graduated with a First Class.
