I am an HR leader with over 21 years of experience working with business leaders to align HR strategy to corporate objectives and progressive cultural goals of The Coca-Cola Company. Throughout my career, I have enjoyed contributing to key projects and programs that have enabled talent and business results within the company. Business Growth I have partnered with leadership to align strategic change management and organizational rewiring to maximize development of talent and business-critical capabilities. I have also contributed to several key employee development projects at the Business Unit that have impacted system stakeholders. Cultural Change Identifying the need for a diversity initiative with a focus on women, I took leadership in creating the vision, roadmap, and execution of a Women’s Leadership program responsible for grooming female talent at the middle management level to take up higher responsibilities. I have also put into place programs that help build our image as an employer of choice in key markets as well as creating an enabling environment that fosters flexibility and learning. I believe in building relationships across all levels of the organization and across geographical boundaries to fortify cross-functional collaboration and partnership and to utilize human resources in all functions of business management.
