Bio

Tasman is the global senior vice president for energy transition & sustainability for Advisian, the advisory and consulting offering of Worley. His 27 years of experience have been gained across the energy, resources, infrastructure, chemicals and agribusiness sectors, the full asset lifecycle from concept to restoration, and in developed and developing country contexts. He has held various roles with Worley over the last 14 years, including leading its environmental & social offering globally, holding P&L for the global power & transport business of Advisian and earlier P&L for all of Advisian for Queensland, PNG and the Northern Territory. He has been involved in several feasibility studies and ESIAs for major projects, and continues to play a hands on role for clients. He is currently project director for environmental and social aspects of a number of large international renewables developments, and for the planning and project management of the Douglas Shoal Remediation Project for the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority, and the sponsor of various other projects. He is a member of the Queensland State Advisory Council of the Committee for the Economic Development of Australia (CEDA), a Fellow and Executive Engineer of Engineers Australia, a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and has been a Director of Advisian Pty Ltd and an honorary adjunct professor.
