Hi there! I'm Taylor, I lead product for Learn In where we build tools to help employees and companies build new skills. I'm eager to connect with folks who I can learn from and help us build better products. Before Learn In, I was a founding-team member of Degreed and helped build the product for 7 years. I left to find ways to take my professional development to the next level and ended up co-founding Learn In. 2.5 years later, Learn In is being acquired by Degreed. Together, we're working on new ways to help companies learn, upskill, and invest in their talent. I've been lucky to help build category-defining products and see what works, and what doesn't, across hundreds of the world's most advanced learning organizations.
