I am customer-focused and love every aspect of Sales, Service and Customer Success and most passionate about building our vision, strategy and execution plan for our “at scale” practice. I have a great team and we collaborate across the organization to align sales, marketing, and CS to operationalize this vision by designing and executing personalized buyer/customer journeys and orchestrating multi-channel digital and human engagement across the entire lifecycle to help customers onboard, adopt and renew/expand.
