Award winning digital transformation leader with a passion for crafting innovative strategies that enable cultural transformation within technology organizations by creating cutting edge initiatives and programs that redefine behaviors, accelerate up-skilling and improve associate experience so that organizations can maximize productivity and secure their position as a premier destination for top technology talent. In my current role as the Head of Digital Technology for Fidelity’s Healthcare business unit, I partner with the business teams and lead our global engineering teams to define a product and technology roadmap that will position Fidelity as a market leader. Together we are customer obsessed and future focused as we strive to deliver Mobile first solutions for our millions of customers that will make it easy for them to navigate and manage their healthcare needs on the go. As a people focused leader who is passionate about the associate experience and believes incredible outcomes are possible when you tap into the potential of all associates, I also serve as the Co-Regional Leader of our campus in Merrimack New Hampshire. In this role I am responsible for curating programming that supports the needs of 6500+ associates on topics ranging from career mobility to diversity & inclusion to networking and social engagement.
