I have 25 years of experience with strategic HR and 21 years of experience in the IT-industry. In 17 years I have worked as an HR executive and today I'm Head of HR in a global organization with business units in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Ukraine, Spain and India. During my years in EG I have participated in more than 60 different mergers and acquisitions which have given me great insight, knowledge and experience in dealing with due diligences and integrations. I have a huge interest in getting the right balance between systems, processes & products and people, culture & leadership. Only by having a holistic focus, can we gain real long-term value.
