Over 15 years of experience in food regulatory affairs and flavour chemistry. Considerable expertise in European and German food legislation (and to some extent also US food legislation) with a particular focus on flavourings, RTD beverage labelling and alcoholic beverages. Eager to expand my knowledge and to share it. Also a formidable musician and language aficionado. I am a proud Bavarian living in Irleand and embracing both cultures. Ní bheidh mo leithéid arís ann!
