The integrated circuit is the technology of our age. The capabilities of modern ICs, and our continued push to extend them, are quintessential evidence of the human spirit for innovation. A semiconductor platform is central in every new, transformative technology development one can imagine. It's no wonder the smartest people I've ever met do R&D in integrated circuits. And it's why I've focused on integrated circuits for communicating and processing information for over 2 decades.
