Proven Brand Builder - I enjoy building brands that can scale but stay grounded in their values. Starting my career as the 19th employee + 1st Intern at Under Armour, I had the opportunity to work in many different capacities over the years to gain valuable experiences in building a strong, growing Brand. In my 18+ years with the company I led the Sports Marketing team in various categories (Women's, Training, Olympics, Digital, NCAA, Grassroots, Tennis, Run & Outdoor Performance). Being part of a young start-up with incredible growth and a ''FIND A WAY” culture, I was able to learn all the areas of marketing(Brand Strategy, PR, Event Activation, Social Media, Creative, Connected Fitness, Digital Marketing, Product, Consumer Insights, Product Development) and work cross functionally w the broader team, which today makes me a well rounded marketer and Brand builder. I took that experience and applied it to Super Coffee as their Chief Marketing Officer. I built out the marketing org and in collaboration with the founders we built the Brand DNA and launched the foundational Brand campaign, Add Something Positive. Super Coffee's Brand Health was at it highest point during my time leading the Brand. In 2021 Super Coffee was named Brand of the Year by BevNet. We grew NPS, Brand Awareness, Brand Affinity along w Revenue. in 2020 Super Coffee was named the fastest growing food & beverage company by Inc. 5000. I am in the certification process for my Executive Coaching Certification through Co-Active Coaching Institute. I am deeply passionate about working cross functionally in a team environment + growing and developing the team around me and unlocking everyone's potential. I believe in building strong cultures that fosters creativity, respectfully challenges the norm and encourages servant leadership, a growth mindset and collaboration.
