♻️ Integrating Purpose-led, Sustainability & Global ESG Priorities in People Practices with focus on Learning & Talent Development, People Analytics and Human Capital Management #ESG #Leadership How do we create a world that works better? An ENERGIZED world - where people flourish and communities thrive by virtue of just societal systems, smart institutions and positive organizations contained within them. All of us play a crucial part in realizing that vision. My part involves using data, science, analytics, emerging technology - collectively, Learning Engineering - to support, inspire and develop people - adaptive humans skilled at responding to change, uncertainty and evolving conditions, by cooperating, communicating and collaborating together on robust teams at the heart of agile organizations. I am both a technologist and trainer to my core, having spent more than two decades traveling around the world leading transformation projects - starting with computer automation and distance education in the 1990s; organizational change and IT Business Readiness in the early 2000s; public council, military and government advocacy paired with non-profit association and higher ed work to promote whole system change in addressing and closing the Skills Gap since 2004; to my focus now on Digital Transformation, developing resilient workers and fit for purpose workforces with skills, competencies and capabilities to translate cognitive computing and networked, cross-boundary teams into innovative, intelligent organizations that drive triple bottom line results for positive impact on people, planet and profits. I work with learning & talent development professionals. people leaders and other business executives on engineering dynamic ecosystems to equip and empower their people with data, analytics and tech to enable the cultural transcendence necessary to power this kind of strategic change.
