At work, I am a people person who is passionate about numbers, processes, and technology and am using these to create solutions that delivers value to employees and business. At home, it is all about my family, my kindle, and my movie watchlist. A master’s degree in management, a CIPD qualification, 15 years of learning and some accomplishments worth mentioning is the summary of my professional journey, so far. • Executed eight cycles of organization-wide performance and total rewards processes. • Implemented Oracle HCM Fusion and SAP SuccessFactors product suites in two global organizations. • Led HR Shared Services and HR Business Partnering for employees in UAE, KSA, Qatar & Kuwait. • Executed Pay for Performance Interventions for Oil & Gas, Engineering and Hospitality businesses. On a typical work day, I am mentoring my team in different locations to deliver exceptional HR services and am collaborating with business stakeholders to create interventions to attract, engage, motivate, reward, grow and retain talent.
