Chief International Officer (EMEA and Asia-Pacific-Japan) for Cornerstone OnDemand, leader in people development solutions. My role is to lead all international operations and to continuously grow our EMEA and APJ business, with a focus on serving the customer community with a genuine “glocal” approach. I am committed to ensuring global effectiveness and local relevancy whilst delivering industry leading client satisfaction and retention, offering a unique value proposition to our clients, partners and employees across EMEA and APJ. I am proud to be a part of the global leadership team for the Cornerstone Innovation Lab for AI and I am passionate about AI innovation delivering business impact – from combatting discrimination to restoring workforce stability, inciting productivity, and creating resiliency. After joining Cornerstone in 2007, I established and led the company’s European operations, including sales and marketing, implementation, services and support, and helped build the EMEA business to $250 million in ARR, prior to then expanding my responsibilities to also include APJ in 2021.
