I help HR and business leaders explore the use of agile practices to improve the performance of their organizations. Removing the mystery and confusion about agile to show how it is driving dramatic improvements in non-IT business units/functions such as HR, marketing, R&D, etc. How? By taking an agile-lite version from the IT world and blending it with sound leadership practices to produce EBIT2DA, a series of 7 practices designed to produce significant improvements in less time, with fewer resources and less risk.
