An established and top performing Executive with a history of leading the development, strategy, design, and delivery of global learning and development programs. For more than 15 years, I have been providing leadership for all aspects of devising innovative programs, transforming L&D strategy, and Quality Systems approach that saved 20,000 hrs of time-off-work and 4,000 hrs of non-value work. I am effective at determining strategies to address operational and tactical business objectives while prescribing learning solutions. I have succeeded in remediating cGMP deficiency on cGMP training through the establishment of a Personnel Qualification Quality System. As the industry undergoes continual changes, I am looking toward more sustainable industries where I can bring my diverse experiences. I am passionate about helping companies design continuous learning platforms for the contribution, curation, and consumption of learning to support the delivery of the organization’s solution.
