'I’ve always believed that the most important asset of a company is its people. My current mission is to make sure that ALL Kyndryls feel engaged in Kyndryl's success I am known for: • Developing the strategic direction and vision of an organization: since 2005 I have been developing and implementing strategies and programmes to support IBM’s and now Kyndryl's workforce diversity policies in the area of inclusion and employment of people with disabilities and generational diversity issues • Negotiating and influencing skills: I am used to successfully negotiating partnerships with Universities and governmental organisations and NGOs to promote the business case of IBM’s diversity practices • Experience of innovation and promoting change across complex systems: implementing diversity programmes at the highest level of a complex organizations at international level • Media skills and ability to represent the organisation in press and on public platforms: I am often invited to participate as speaker to international high level events to present and promote IBM’s diversity policies. I am also regularly contacted by the media (press, radio, TV) to talk about my professional and personal experience as an “active” wheelchair user.
