The year, 1992; the scene, June in Brooklyn NY; the means, $20 in our pocket. Not a word of English, a single mother goes to work in NYC as a C developer, while her 9 year old daughter teaches herself English at a local library before the school year begins. The twosome work tirelessly to persevere, survive, and eventually thrive. These are my humble beginnings. My mother is my heroine and I her protégé. This is the veracity that I bring to my organization; this is the tenacity that I apply to my work ethic. Today, I am a distinguished Financial Services Executive, motivated by new opportunity and energized by increasing responsibility. Over the past 20 years, I have served in various capacities across a multitude of financial services and SaaS platforms. While my pedigree is deeply rooted in IT, I have been entrusted to deliver both business and technology driven initiatives of highest strategic and financial impact. Prior executive leadership roles were aligned with overseeing Digital Innovation, Digital Transformation, FinTech Partnership Enablement, Global Customer Success, Strategic Planning, Consumer Banking, Capital Markets, Governance and Program Mngmt, Vendor Mngmt, and IT Operations verticals. I had the privilege of leading large scale, complex teams through times of great transformation, such as divestiture, merger/acquisition, integration, and IPO initiatives. Cumulatively, these opportunities called for executive poise, accountability and simply a human factor, which I reflect all back upon fondly.
