Zvi boasts over 20years of experience - in both Israel and New York - in the fields of financial regulations and securities enforcement. He specializes in securities law and in advising clients on their activities in the global arena. Zvi's unique skills lie in securities, financial regulation, capital markets, and securities-related enforcement and litigation. In his work at Barnea, Zvi provides legal counseling to public companies and financial institutions on their financial regulation and corporate governance needs. He also represents individuals and companies facing Israel Securities Authority administrative enforcement and criminal proceedings. Notable prior roles include the Head of Enforcement and a member of management at the Israel Securities Authority; an attorney at the prestigious New York law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom; a prosecutor in the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office; and a founding partner of a boutique capital market firm.
