"SCOPE was a wonderful experience!"

I had many great conversations with my peers. The floor was always full of energy and excitement, and the venue was absolutely stunning — from the indoor spaces to the outdoor areas, bars, and restaurants. I cannot say enough positive things about it. Pardon the pun, but the ‘scope’ of it all was impressive. So many different people and companies came together over 72 hours, and I always make great contacts and build excellent working relationships

    Scope is one of those events that you just get so excited when you see it on your calendar. People from literally all over the world attend. It is such a beautiful floor. It's such a beautiful venue, and I always have such wonderful, compelling conversations with people, old colleagues, new colleagues, old friends, new acquaintances. It's just, it's an excellent experience, and I'm already counting the days down until Scope 2027.

    This is my first scope summit and I was just extremely impressed with the overall experience. I was able to meet with key stakeholders, from the sponsor group, from our supplier group, from the site group. and check in on our relationship. It was really interactive. Everybody was very upbeat and positive in a good mood, and I just think that it, it's a great way to kick off 2025, and I look forward to deepening those conversations that originated at SOP summit. So thanks for everything.

    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    The meeting tables were a bit hard to find based on the layout and map provided. I had difficulty getting people to meet me there, and on a few occasions I even had to physically guide them over myself!

    What did you like best about the event?
    The agenda and venue were both excellent, and the collaboration opportunities through the app were very helpful.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    Setting up meetings for only 15 minutes is usually not sufficient. I would recommend allowing at least 5 extra minutes in between meetings to avoid overlap and give attendees time to transition. Additionally, there should be more networking tables, as meeting at the info desk did not work out very well.

    Great conference for networking, learning, and meeting other innovators in the industry.
    What did you like best about the event?
    I enjoyed seeing old friends and meeting new ones. The event size was also ideal, as it wasn’t too big.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    Lunch should start earlier. Waiting until 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday was not ideal. Additionally, there should be more signage outside for closed doors. I was in a room where people outside were consistently trying to open the doors, which was quite disruptive.
