I have developed and taught courses for various federal learners on feedback and coaching, emotional intelligence, developing/motivating & empowering staff, meeting facilitation, and managing multiple priorities. I have also facilitated InsideOut Coaching, 360 Feedback for Development, EQ-i2.0 coaching, MBTI and FIRO-B coaching and virtual leadership classes.
